About
I started on the plant floor as an HES engineer at the Bibiyana gas plant, where I helped a Chevron contractor move from a D to a B safety grade. Since then I have worked in industry, consulted on management systems for power, steel, banking, logistics and RMG organizations, and moved into third-party certification.
I am now Head of Certification at B-Advancy Certification Limited, leading auditors across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 and 41001, and working on accreditation under ISO/IEC 17021. Before that I was a Lead Auditor at Bureau Veritas Bangladesh and ran my own consultancy, iota Consulting BD, as COO and Principal Consultant.
My engineering background includes an M.Eng. from Dong-Eui University in South Korea, where my research on Liquid Metal Embrittlement in spot welding led to peer-reviewed papers.

- Raised the Central SOFI safety score from 45% to 77% through training, HIRA refreshers and supervisor coaching.
